Shipping Policy
At Valor Clothing, we deliver nationwide with speed and reliability – because a man shouldn’t have to wait.
December Special (1–31 December 2025)
- Free standard delivery on every order – no minimum spend.
- Express upgrade (1–2 working days): +R99
Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 on a weekday are dispatched the next working day.
- Weekend orders are dispatched on the next working day (usually Monday, unless it is a public holiday).
- No dispatches are made on public holidays.
Delivery times (once dispatched)
- Standard delivery via The Courier Guy: 3–5 working days nationwide (Gauteng typically 2–3 days, major centres 3–4 days, outlying areas up to 5 days).
Important notes
- Delivery times are estimates provided by The Courier Guy and may vary. Valor Clothing is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or any issues caused by the courier service once the order has been dispatched and handed over with tracking.
- During the festive season (November–January), delays are common due to high volumes and public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays during this period – please order early to guarantee Christmas delivery.
- You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Any queries regarding delivery must be directed to The Courier Guy using the tracking number provided.
