Refund and Returns Policy

Valor Clothing stands behind every garment we produce. We craft our t-shirts to the highest standard and expect you to wear them with pride. Should anything not meet your expectations, we make the process straightforward, fair, and now completely locker-based via PUDO.

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

From now on, all returns and exchanges are handled exclusively through PUDO lockers. No door-to-door collections. You drop off and (where applicable) collect from a PUDO locker near you.

We handle every case in one of three ways:

  1. Our error (incorrect item, incorrect size dispatched, or damage in transit) Entirely our responsibility – zero cost to you. Take clear photos of the issue and send them to us via WhatsApp or email ([email protected]). Once confirmed, we will immediately send you a PUDO return code and the exact locker location. Drop the parcel off at that locker (free of charge). As soon as we receive and verify it, we will either dispatch the correct item or process a full refund – whichever you prefer. All shipping (both directions) remains on us.
  2. Change of mind Return the item for a refund less a R99 return fee. Request your return → we send you a PUDO return code and locker location. You drop the unworn, unwashed item (original packaging & tags attached) at the specified PUDO locker within 5 days of receiving the code. Once we receive and inspect it:
    • If in perfect resellable condition → refund issued (original amount – R99) within 3–5 business days.
    • If worn, washed, damaged, or tags removed → return declined, item sent back to the same PUDO locker (you pay R99 to collect it) and no refund issued.
  3. Size exchange We make it hassle-free with a flat R99 exchange fee (covers the return leg – we cover sending the new size). Request the exchange and tell us the new size → we send you a PUDO return code and locker location. Drop the original (unworn, tags attached) item at the locker. As soon as we receive it, we dispatch the new size to the same PUDO locker and send you a collection code (free for you to pick up).

Defective or faulty items

Any manufacturing fault (stitching, printing, fabric, or silicone application) that appears within 6 months of delivery is fully covered under the Consumer Protection Act. Contact us with photos → we send you a free PUDO return code. Collection from the locker is free, and you may choose repair, replacement, or full refund. User damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear is excluded.

How to proceed

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp us with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and (for our-error or fault claims) clear photos. We will reply within 24 hours with:

  • Your unique PUDO return code
  • Exact locker location (chosen for convenience near you)
  • Simple drop-off instructions

You have 5 days to drop the parcel at the locker once you receive the code.

When we need to send something back to you (replacement, exchange, or declined return), you will receive a new collection code for the same locker and 7 days to pick it up.

Additional notes

  • Sale or clearance items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Multiple exchanges on the same order may incur additional R99 fees per round trip.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions or where the PUDO code has expired.
